Joint execution with stakeholders of spatial catchment-based measures within 4 catchment areas to demonstrate cross-sector benefits and increase resilience for: communities, agriculture, businesses, cultural capital (e.g. UNESCO site).

  • Combining spatial/economic planning with reduction of effects of flooding
  • Adopt evacuation models
  • Calculation models and spatial plans that integrate evacuation
Target: 1 - 300.000 inhabitants
