Expertise and experience of the partners and stakeholders will be merged in an integrated framework of MLS to validate pilot results, support transnational learning and to deliver policy recommendations aimed at the local, regional, national and EU strategies developed by authorities. In preparation to these recommendations, the FRAMES partners will oversee the joint development of a decision-support system for all forms of governments that is based on the results of WP 3 and 4.
